“Armenia has committed numerous military crimes and crimes against humanity,” said Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev at a briefing on the preliminary results of the investigation of criminal cases committed by Armenia against civilians in various regions of the country far from the front line, including Ganja and other cities, APA reports.

H. Hajiyev said that these crimes were committed by military-political leadership of Armenia and so-called leaders of the puppet regime: “As it was mentioned in the case of Chiragov, Armenia bears responsibility as a state, conducting the occupation. Armenian armed forces conduct a mission of military aggression. Launching rocket fires from Armenian territory and death of civilians confirm Armenia’s responsibility. Most of those, participating at the battles today, are Armenian citizens. Armenia bears responsibility as a side, conducting a military aggression.”
