As coronavirus (COVID-19) infection continues to spread rapidly across the world, serious preventive measures are being taken, APA reports.

Borders between many countries have been temporarily closed, air flights have been suspended, and restrictive measures have been taken in places where people crowded.

Given the rapid spread of the virus, there has been an urgent need for additional measures in areas where the mass is concentrated.

The task force established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in a bid to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus into the country told APA that in this regard, except for the grocery stores and pharmacies, the activities of major shopping centers and Malls in Azerbaijan will be suspended for one month from 23:00 on March 23, 2020.
